We at Easton are keen to support and encourage the development of young people – whether they are from the families regularly attending for worship or from those in the area surrounding our premises in Hassell Drive.

We have several ways of expressing this with the main activities taking place on Sunday between 11.15 and 12.45. This is led by a group of people committed to helping children grow and develop in a Christian Faith.

These activities are aimed at various age groups:-

  • PRIMARY – for youngsters up to age 6 – some play and fun with a basic introduction to Biblical material and a grounding in Christian principles.
  • SUNDAY SCHOOL – Ages 7 to 13 – providing a caring atmosphere for learning about Christian living. This involves encouraging the personal, spiritual and relational development of each child.
  • SAY Group (Salvation Army Youth) – this is for those aged 13 to 30 who meet regularly to discuss issues of interest and concern. They frequently have social events to enjoy each other’s company.
  • STUDENTS – Easton Corps provides a welcome to students attending University and Colleges in Bristol, providing practical and spiritual support whilst they are away from home.

During the week we hold other regular activities:-

On Tuesday mornings, there is a PARENT & TODDLERS Group where we offer a welcoming period of relaxation and mutual support – and of course – PLAY TIME!

On Thursday evening, we have a BROWNIE pack meeting for girls aged 7 to 10. This is where they can learn life skills training in a fun filled environment and which is open to any girl of this age range who would like to be involved.

If you want to learn more about what we have to offer, get in touch with us, or better still, come along to our services and find out for yourself.

We would be pleased to see you!
