Our Say Group

Leaving home to go to University can be a very daunting prospect. The Easton Salvation Army is a friendly and welcoming Christian community, and we are here to help in any way we can. We have a large teenage membership, some who are at University themselves - so we have lots of experience of what it means to be away from family and friends.

The SAY (Salvation Army Youth) group is active in both Divisional and Territorial events, and this year has attended Councils, Congresses, Sports days and Music Schools.

We currently have students at the UWE & Bath Spa University worshipping with us, and some of our own students are studying at Bristol & East Sussex Universities

Please let us know if you are planning to come to Bristol especially if you need any help.

Although our Corps is situated in the centre of the city, we have a membership who live in all directions both in and out of the City - so we can mobilise our forces to help with transport. Most of our young people are members of our musical sections, but that choice is entirely yours. We realise that you are here to study and you can still be very much a part of our Corps whether or not you are a musician or indeed an existing Salvationist.
